My brother always feels the need to have the best/biggest of everything so he bought a 16" x 2" springform pan. Of course, every recipe I can find is for a much smaller pan. Does anyone have or know where I can find a recipe for that size pan? Even a way to convert a smaller one to that size. Thanks in advance.

To convert a smaller pan recipe to a larger pan size, fill small pan with raw rice. Pour into a measuring cup. Then do the same thing with the larger pan. Lets say the larger is 4 cups and the smaller is 3 cups. Divide the 3 by 4 and you get .75. Divide the individual ingredient amounts for the smaller pan recipe by .75 and you will get the amounts that you need for the larger pan size.
