Not a glamorous discussion, obviously, but our ovens have suffered some serious neglect this year and are in need of a heavy duty cleaning. Anyone have a link for one that really works without those massive noxious fumes and hours of scraping? We're talking heavy duty baked on grease here. Any help is appreciated.

C'Mon folks! I know it's not sexy, but surely you guys clean your ovens once in a while? Any product that you can just spray on and wipe the grime away?

Grease Strip from ecolab but it's extremely caustic. Wipe ovens with vinegar after they're cleaned to neutralize residue.

GFS makes a great degreaser that I use on the French Fryers.

I second Grease Strip from Ecolab.  Love the product, it is thicker so it stays put and does a great job really getting ovens clean.

Ecolab Greascutter Plus is my ABSOLUTE. But we stopped ordering it and are using Ecolab Grease Strip now.
