    My first Japanese knife, since i bought her i fall in love with japanese knives...my first working knife in the restaurant..love to work with it.

    Have you finally solved the maintenance problem you had with it? Just curious about your experience with its VG-10 on the stones, as this steel may vary that much from one maker to another.
