Best Instant Pot Model?

Im thinking of getting an Instant Pot but am not sure which model to get. Any recommendations?

I’m thinking of the Duo 6qt or possibly the Duo Evo Plus because of the handles. Any downsides to the Evo Plus?

Even living alone I find the 8qt to be quite useful, and could imagine running into size constraints with the 6qt. FWIW I run an 8qt Duo.

Just a FYI you may have to convert recipes for the 8QT. We have this model and a lot of recipes are written for the smaller version and a lot of times the liquid is not enough and will activate the burning warning on the instapot.

Theres a duo model with sous vide i would look at for a multi purpose pot in a compact kitchen. And yes, id go 8 qt even with some recipe conversion being necessary.
