beef stock question

So I definately added too much tomato paste while making my beef stock. I was just wondering if there was a way to correct this or if anyone had any ideas for what I can make with it now. Thanks!

Yes, it doesn't take much.  I just brush on a light touch when I roast bones for beef stock.  Just how much stock did you make?  My first thoughts are a brisket or chuck based chili, or a ground beef and macaroni concoction, a classic from my childhood.
