Base for tarts

    macadamia nut crusts, or cookie crumble crust should work as well. the only difference between a tart and a pie is the size. At least I think so.

    Plus a tart usually has straight sides, whereas a pie has sloped ones.

    Pies are enclosed and tarts are often not.
