Banana Bread Gluten Sugar Free

    This is some deliciously light banana bread!

    3 cups nut flour

    3 eggs, beaten

    1/4 cup melted butter

    1/2-2/3 cup honey

    1 teaspoon baking soda

    2 mashed bananas (extra ripe)

    Mix all ingredients.

    Pour into a buttered baking pan.

    Bake at 350 F (180 C) until top springs back when touched (about 40 minutes).

    Also was curious to know if anyone could suggest a good recipe builder/manager.  I use OnTarget Nutrition, Food Diary - Calorie Tracker | OnTarget Nutrition and its great and accurate but not needing it for weight loss any longer.
