I know the Baking Steel Company is really good, considered top notch, but it is very heavy at 15#. Cooks Illustrated lists a review and lists one they like around 10# but I cannot find out the name of it without a subscription. I don't want to buy a subscription. Can anyone give me a recc for one not larger than a 1/2 sheet pan around 10#'s? I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
