I work full time and would like to start take pastry/baking classes to obtain an AA degree or certificate. The problem is that most classes that I've been able to find take place during the day, are 4-5 days per week or are all day classes. Basically I can't find anything that can work around my full time work schedule. I don't want to take out any loans and don't really qualify for any financial aid. I'm in the L.A. area and have checked into programs at L.A.T.T and LB community college, but no luck. I'd like to know if anyone knows of a school in the So Cal area that offers a flexible class schedule...Any suggestions from current or former culinary students would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
