    i dont want to talk about it anymore. in our time we had no internet, we had to travel from one library to an other, or use the phone to find out, that was expensive, and dad did not like it.

    out there chefs are no joke. but we have to do our homework. please sereach in yahoo, you will find all information about it.

    I think Lecithin is here to stay for some time to come.

    There is no absolutely safe additive nor food itself.

    you know the reason, i posted that, is, some one posted back and gave a fancy name of the lecithin, ending with limpid [fat].

    another poste was questioning acid to interact with fat.

    my point with taht is, do we want to confuse people or help.
