    Hi to All,

    I posted some translations about culinary arts history here on this page, well just to see if appreciated. What I discovered is, that you have more viewers than people responding to you and saying thank you.

    A word to the viewer only, as many of them right out coping it! I do always state the source of the information the book I translated it from that for myself is important.

    Therefore also respect my rule when you use this information to notify the public of the origin of the book and the translator of the text.

    Well this small things in live are important as they are called honesty.

    I do read this Chef's section at ChefTalk, but try SO hard to refrain from posting. This should be the only post I have in these forums...but thought you (Chef Kaiser) would want to know who may be viewing the posts in this forum.
