Hey all, I'm 21 and from sunny England! I'm currently one of the apprentices at a Jamie Oliver Fifteen restaurant. (Some of you may be familiar with it from the TV show "Jamies Kitchen".) I love cooking, although I'm still undecided what area is my favourite, but at the moment I'm possibly leaning towards pastry. Delighted to have this chance which so many others would kill for, although it's quite daunting how quickly I could progress in the next 12 months!
