Apprentice Chef help!?

    I went to a interview for my apprentice chef job last week and they said they would call me and i might have a trial for 3 hours.. it's been a week and no call? are they real busy i guess i didnt get it :LL

    Follow up. Everyone in the industry is extremely busy. As with any interview process you should give a friendly follow-up call. Don't be too inquisitive...just make sure they know you are interested. If they don't let you know something then or call you back within a day or two just move on. Besides, you don't want to work for someone that doesn't have the decency to let you know one way or another. (Imagine what they will do in the future if you do work for them).
