I love my daily whole raw apple and I also love stewed Apples,cooked without any added sugar . Now I would like to know if there are any changes in the nutritional value of the Apples after they are cooked ? We know that there is a big difference between a raw and a cooked carrot and we also know the difference in tomatoes and how they change their nutritional profile when they are cooked. Sometimes I also make a mixed fruit compote, where I mix other fruits like Pears, Peaches ,Plums or even Berries with my Apples and try to find out what changes when I cook those fruits. Anyone out there who studied nutrition ?
