Anyone have a good receipe/method for edible bread bowls?
For puffed up cracker-like bread the recipe and method link below is easy to follow.
We used to make a version of this using baguette off cuts, so although I haven't tried the recipe on the link, I do know the method is correct. If you have aa favourite basic yeast bread recipe, you should be able to get the same results as long as you follow the method.
It really is important not to get any pieces of dried dough flecks or other debris into the dough or it just won't puff up.
