Any Ideas?

    Any ideas ?


    im doing a finger food buffet for about 60 people and im using Chicken drumsticks they come in 2500 gms one box has about 24 drumsticks in it and the other the same weight has about 32 drumsticks in it 

    just wondering which box i should choose ,? and how many drumsticks should i do per person 

    also doing sandwhiches how many rounds should i do per person ?

    With finger food I would suggest getting the smaller drumsticks. What other items will you have available at the buffet?

    thanks,

    im doing sandwhiches,

    canapes ,

    drumsticks,

    chicken and mushroom vol au vonts (Med  size),

    Spicy wedges ,

    Cocktail Sausages,

    i was thinking of just putting some cajun spice on the drumsticks just in case people dont like too spicy 

    any dips would you recommend

    With the other stuff I'd say 2 drums per person, maybe 3 if it in the budget. I'd bake the wings plain, and offer my three favorite types of sauce for them - bbq, hot wing sauce and something like teriyaki.
