Well, been coming here on and off for awhile. Cooking has been an interest for as long as I can remember. Unfortunately, it's not what I do for a living. If I didn't have bills and could afford the paycut, I'd be in culinary school in a heartbeat. I guess I'll just have to keep planning on doing that a few years from now. Until then, I'll have to be content with learning what I can on my own. Or with help from others. I hope I can contribute something.
