When I was in India we had a snack that was a chip of some sort with a salsa. I believe the the chips were made from crispy chapata. The salsa was a tomato based, spicy dip. It was excellent. I can't remember what it was called and I can't find it on the internet. We were in Madras. Don't know if it is a regional thing. It was smooth, not chunky. It was almost like a soup. But the flavor was very unique and I would love to be able to make some. Does anyone know what I am talking about? Hell, do I?
