    Harold, just a small note to say thank you for your writing and food talent. Many times I have had questions and and every time your book has answered them. If you need any help ever, with another book I would be glad to help. You, have been, unknowingly, of course, an inspiration, and the foundation of goal setting in my "cheffing" world. Thank you again!
