Maybe Brunoise ? if small dice
Because you did not give any details at to what you where trying to do, here are a few others:
julienne, jardiniere, chiffonade, ruban, mirepoix (rough cut) , brunoise (as Ed said), paysanne, the list goes on....
There was an idea Cooking Term Template by Nicko just recently which I thought was a great idea. It could include many areas of cooking.
ps. Even those terms need to be correct. Large Dice 3/4' (carre) , Medium Dice 1/2 ' (parmentier), Small Dice 1/4' (macedoine), Brunoise 1/8', and then there is Fine Brunoise 1/16. Each cut has its own size.
