    Hi there I'm Jonathan all the way from South Africa

    I'm a sous chef at a fine dining Portuguese/Mediterranean restaurant and bistro.

    I was classically trained in Spain and spent 3 years in France.

    Joined this site for advise/critiques and am so far loving the content available. Gald to be part of the community and hope to make some useful contributions.

    What a journey it is that you’ve been on.  I hope that you will share some of that in the Culinary Student forums, I’d be willing to beat that you have a lot to offer.  It's all about sharing our knowledge of all things food.
