i finally was able to score a catering prep cook job interview after 6 plus months of trying to get into catering. but now im freaking out as to i have no experience in that field of work. obviously they saw something they liked on my resume to call me back, but i really have not a ton of knowledge how things are done in that side of the business. do they normally ask a bunch of food related/catering cooking, etc type questions on the first interview? cause i really have no idea. i do know my interview will be taking place with one of the sous chefs, and not having to go through HR first. any kind of advice would be great.
