I thought up a great idea, any baked good with an Aero chocolate bar centre. Anyone here seen or heard of this done? The Aero chocolate would be cold so not melted.

Aeros are pretty straight forward to make with a vacuum sealable container, i've done it a bunch of times. The issue is that the air is trapped by the cooling chocolate, if you were to bake with it or add it to something hot, it would most likely melt and you would lose your air. You could use it in a non-bake recipe, or sprinkle chunks on top of something, but you're not going to get far baking with them (IMO).

    Best of luck!

Yeah I guess I'll go with a no-bake recipe since I feel the aero must not be melted. But this is really just an idea right now, I need more research until I actually try and make some goods.
