Hi, I'm a professional bakery student and I'm also currently working in a small bakery, the tops of my hand and knuckles have come out in a rash that is itchy, I wondered if anyone knew of any hand cream that could help with this?? Thanks.

@Amylew, Hi, Bakers rash is very common. Aloe Vera is good for your hands. Try not to go to water so often, to wash or wet rags.

Surgical gloves help, rub a little olive oil on and then glove.Have you been working with rye or clear flour?

Hi, thanks for the advice and I think I have briefly worked with rye flour once or twice.
