Made tuna pasta salad for the first time in a long time, boars head ovengold turkey, colby jack cheese, olives, and some cottage cheese on a lettuce leaf. Just need some nice buttery crackers. It is far too hot to eat warm food today! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/mad.gif

Whats cooking temperature wise and food wise tonight?

Go  a chilled seafood dish with avocado and greens and mayo, sliced chilled watermelon and/or rockmelon as a side.

Follow it up with a banana smoothie - freeze banana chunks in a splash of lemon to stop them browning, bung into the food processor with some greek yoghut, maybe even some stone fruit, whizz it up, even a chunk of icecream -  that should help you beat the heat.

When the heat and humidity start like that I immediately think of cold soups.

That does sound good DC.. I had a little seafood, I'd never had dungeness crab before, so I got one cluster to try. Lot of meat and it would be perfect for lump crab applications, but I prefer king and ophelia crabs for straight eating.
