    For those of us who know what it's like to be on the "other side" of the kitchen. Almost always mis-understood by our co-workers (right "angry chef" who isn't angry?).

    This was written by Rose Levy Bernanbaum, and she posted it on the bread-bakers digest newsletter that was sent today. This is just a small clip,.....I think she's a beautiful writer and I wanted to share this.

    "Bakers are born, not made. We are exacting people who delight in submitting ourselves to rules and formulas if it means repeatable perfection."

    Gosh, Hate That!!!
    Much to close to home.
    There is so much good in that and so much bad. I spent the last five yrs. of my life trying to change that. The older I get the more tired I get of the rules, formulas and the perfection.:confused:
