Has anyone watched this cooking show on the Discovery Health Channel? I've been watching it and it's really good. The guy definitely knows how to cook and eventhough it's a healthy cooking show he doesn't hesitate to use oil and butter and honey or desserts. The main concern of the show is to eat seasonally, always include lots of fresh produce and whole foods, and the cooking methods are relatively simple. I have gotten some great ideas about salads and vegetables and it's a great show.
