Alrighty here's a (hopefully) new twist.... I will be graduating soon from my state's four year university with an undergraduates degree in business. I have a little experience with "fast food" pizza, worked the line at local sit down pizza place, and have worked for Aramark as a summer intern. I am currently looking at going to culinary school after I graduate. I know I will need to work my butt off once I do get into full time (and part time) work, it simple comes with being in the food industry. So here's my question, should I just continue to work and use what limited contacts I have so far or should I go to culinary school after I graduate?
