    Today was a great day,

Momoreg came to my school " Connecticut Center for Culinary Arts" and did a great guest lecture and demo for about 50 of our students. If some of you don't know Momoreg is a J&W graduate with 20+ years experience in pastry arts.

    NY Hilton
    Lipstick Café (Jean George)
    The Rainbow Room
    The Plaza
    Colors

Are some examples of Michelle's career.

She Demoed cake decorating, rolled fondant, assorted piping techniques and answered a number of questions by my students about Pastry Arts. Of course Michelle was as beautiful as ever :) graceful and confident. Her portfolio she shared with us was truly amazing, and my students where blown away by her work and talked about the demo for the rest of the day. So, A big thank you to one of the most talented in our field for sharing here expertise and giving of her time. I feel very lucky to have a friend like Michelle.

We should have a cheftalk convention. I can't stand just reading about this. Need to taste it.
