somehow i missed this 'welcome' forum. don't know how i managed it, considering it says 'welcome' and it's positioned at the top of the page. oh well. i'm a recent graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Minnesota. i did my internship at Lucia's Bakery & Takehome and i now work at the graves|601 hotel doing pastry, though i didn't go to school for pastry. i absolutely love my job, love the field, love everything about it. i'm here hoping to gain insight about the industry, as this is my first big-restaurant job, and get information on pastry-related topics. y'all are wonderful; i'm glad i found this place.
