23 and confused

    So this is my short story,

    I am 23 years old and live in florida.  I went to cordon bleu and graduated 2 years ago. So i could graduate i had to do an externship and i did it in a small family restaurant.  After the 2 months required of externship i got hired by the restaurant and worked there for a year.  After a year i moved on and got a job at Olive garden (Where i currently work).  I am about to complete a year working there but i want to do more.  I want to learn more about our wonderful culinary world.

     I just dont know where i should be looking for a job where it can open doors for me.  I WANT TO LEARN.  I am not asking for an specific location just an idea on where i should be looking in to like, hotels or something like that.
