    Greetings,

    My name is Anthony (Antball), I am a certified apprentice Chef from Vancouver, Canada.

    I have been looking everywhere for a solid Cooking support forum on the internet, and I'm happy to actively be here on chef talk. I think this would be a great place for someone like me, that has been cooking for nearly 7 years, to brush up on some old skills, and learn new things from some interesting people across the world, within the Culinary industry.

    I think Chef Talk should have it's own app for Android or iPhone, that would be very handy in momentary situations.

    Join the conversation or start a thread of your own, on that I might suggest that you do a search at the top of the page to find any previous discussions on the topic. The Articles, Reviews and Galleries are fantastic, oh and the Special Guest Forum makes for a good read.

    Once you’ve gone over the FAQ, Tutorials and Community Guidelines and you have questions in regards to the website, post those in the Feedback & Suggestion forum. I think that you’ll find that we have great respect for one another, and everyone is generous with their expertise.  I hope that you will come back often and share yours.
