Hey all, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for me. I was mostly wondering whether going to a 1 or 2 year program at a culinary school would be worth the money, effort, and time. I would have to take out loans so as not to be killing myself with work on the side, so if it isn't something that would pay off in my future job-desirability, I might want to just ditch the idea. Anyone out there with an associates degree? Was it worth your while?
