Pros - Even heat distribution, silicone heatproof grip, heavy duty
    Cons - none
I have the 8", not the 10" but they are identical except for the size.  An excellent pan. Use a lower flame after preheating because this pan retains heat beautifully and the tendency is to cook on too high a flame. Not necessary!  It's heavy, not at all like a light gauge carbon steel fry pan. But that's not a bad thing, it's just a different tool.

Searing is a breeze. Very even heat distribution. Clean up is a breeze too. If you know that you should preheat a pan dry (no oil or fat) before putting anything in it, then you know that even an unseasoned stainless pan will not scorch and stick.  This is a work horse that should last forever.

Can't remember what I paid for it but it was under $35 bucks
