Pros: Nice weight, Solid heel, blade has nice curve.
Cons: Would of perfered with a metal plate on the end of the handle sometimes
I've been cooking for about 3 years now & of the knives iv used so far this would be one of my favourites.

Has a nice weight for me (I hate the light knives as they feel weak like their going to snap or something...) also has a nice curve on the blade so has a smooth feel while chopping & the heal is long high enough not to hit your knuckles on the chopping board ever few seconds...

Iv had a few time where i would of like a solid metal plate on the end of the handle so i could hit something (at the moment cant think of what or when though...) without denting the plastic...although the metal would probably get dented as well...

Brought as part of a kit when i started training so thats just an approximate price.

This was my 1st time reviewing anything, so hopefully its alright /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif any way...enough procrastinating & back to my assignment i go...
