Pros: Good weight, good edge, nice ergonomics
Cons: Perhaps a little too sharp? Blade isn't broad enough (personal preference)
I bought this knife on Saturday and it arrived from FedEx today, straight out of the box the knife was sharp, and I mean really sharp, sharper than both my G-2 Global and my J.A Henckels Professional 'S' Chef's knives (both are quite a fair few years old), and for only £28 on the Nisbets website, that's good enough for me.

Decided to test it out whilst making some turkey stroganoff, first impressions were that the knife feels good in the hand, the blade is a little longer than what I'm used to and it's not as broad as the knife I usually use (J.A Henckels), but the rosewood handle has such a nice feel to it, I think I'll be using this one quite a bit more than I would of expected.

like I said in the cons, it is, for me, a tiny bit too sharp, maybe because the edge on my Henckels is fairly worn from being passed down so many times and been in so many kitchens, but this is the first time I've cut myself with a chefs knife and it was by just scraping the top of my fingers by accident.

Anyway, I highly recommend the Rosewood series of Victorinox to anyone, especially students, good, cheap knives.
