Working under the direction of Certified Master Chefs and Certified Executive Chefs, students prepare gourmet meals for the dining public in the American Harvest Restaurant and the Main Street Cafe. Get hands-on experience at our American Harvest Restaurant, both in the kitchen and the dining room. "love this school"
    5/5,
Pros - great teachers, great price, great kitchens
Cons - class times not very flexible
So glad I went here. I don't think I could have gotten a higher quality experiences any other place. The teachers are passionate and extremely talented. It is a community college so it's very affordable but good enough to transfer/move for. Madonna university offers boarding for Schoolcraft students, but is more expensive than sc's tuition.
