This magnificent cookbook contains 264 pages of useful techniques, recipes and information guiding chefs and home cooks alike to success towards learning the art of seafood delicacies.


    Within Complete Seafood there is a selection of 150 wonderful recipes from around the world, all of which are available for experimentation with accompanying breathtaking illustrations. The pictures really jump out at you needless to say your taste buds could not even possibly turn down such a delicious looking dish.


    Rick Stein provides very useful information about fish. He believes that to cook fish the cook preparing it should have proper understanding of the product he/she intends to use. So, not only can the reader discover a new favorite in seafood cuisine, but also learn some new information, which is helpful to anyone.


    This cookbook is easy to follow and very interesting to read. I would recommend this book to all my friends. So, now, I am recommending Rick Stein's outstanding cookbook to all those cooks out there interested in a new respect of seafood fare. So, go ahead, put on that chef hat, chef coat and enjoy this book. This well-written reference can be enjoyed by anyone who enjoys cooking as well as eating seafood.
