  • Combine your strengths in leadership with your passion for the culinary arts. The Culinary Arts Management program will provide you with the skills and knowledge to excel while working as part of a team. The emphasis of the Culinary Arts Management program is organization, preparation, presentation and supervision of professional quality food in a real world environment. During the first year of the program, you’ll learn essential skills and gain a fundamental understanding of food preparation, banquet style presentation as well as preparing and plating menu items to order. In the second year, you’ll focus on advanced culinary abilities and food preparation while gaining experience in management skills such as menu analysis and design, forecasting and control, training and supervision, and interpreting financial data. Through our restaurant and catering operations, you’ll gain firsthand experience and proficiency in all areas of food preparation and presentation.
