Is it safe to Reuse Pasta Water?

So I make a lot of Pasta and homemade Ramen. When I'm cooking them, I often add some broth and Seasoning to the Boiling water to give the Pasta a little more Zest. However, that also gets expensive, so what I started to do was reuse the Pasta Water itself; After cooking, the Pasta Water goes...

New Discovery (for me!); [Real] Maple Syrup in Lemonade!

It really is. There's something that just mixes well between Lemon's fruity tartness, and the smoky sweetness of the Maple Syrup. I tried it with the "fake" stuff most people use on pancakes and such, and it just wasn't the same, unfortunately.

New Discovery (for me!); [Real] Maple Syrup in Lemonade!

So I went to make some Homemade lemonade, and saw I was out of my go-to Honey. But I DID have some "real" maple syrup left over. So I figured "Why Not?" Best Decision of my Life. How have I never known about this before?! I...I don't think I can go back to Honey, now.

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

Ya, I've tried making a Stuffed meatloaf with cheddar, and it basically collapsed. So thought it might happen here too. Mozz might be a good idea though.

Breaded chicken held for 36 hours - Safety concern?

At the very least, I've cracked Eggs by mistake, and put them in a sealed container, and there were still good 2-3 days later. Granted, that was JUST Eggs. Given you're prebattering chicken, I'd not leave it for more that 12 hours, just to be safe. So the Night before, in other words.

Breaded chicken held for 36 hours - Safety concern?

As long as you Keep it properly sealed and under a certain temp, it SHOULD be fine. But honestly, I'd still not leave it out that long. Better safe than sorry. No more than 12 hours would be best.

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

If you WERE to use cheese in a smaller meatball like this, how would you recommend doing it? Again, with a smaller amount of cheese you're working with here, I can see the cheese just melting into the Meat itself, and just leaving the center Hollow.

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

I've been trying to lean away from the cheeses, because it seems like it would be Difficult to get such a small amount of cheese to work how you'd want it (for something like this, you'd have to use a small cube/ball) Though that could be really good for a Giant meatball! If you were doing the...

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

XD right? the reason I settled on Pearl Onions was because they're just the right size for this idea, and pair well with Beef. I'm sure if we took our time, we could think of lots of other stuff. Could even turn the dish into a "Surprise Meatball" type thing, where each Meatball has something...

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

Hummmm, That might be a good idea. Someone recommended that as well, baking them like a meatloaf almost. But with how thin the meat layer would be, it feels like they would fall apart. Granted, I've not tried it out yet, so maybe I'm over thinking it. Will have to give it a try and see how it...

Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs? What's the best way to do it?

So, I've been thinking of some experiments I want to try out, and one of them is Pearl Onion Stuffed Meatballs. Its a simple concept; take some Pearl Onions, Marinate them in a Vinegar sauce with your choice of seasoning, and then wrap seasoned ground beef around them. The idea is to give the...

Why does Blueberry, Cherry, and Spiced Apple Tea go so well when cooking beef?

So I found out this one by mistake one, when I poured my Spiced Apple tea into my Beef Stew by mistake (never keep your Drinks and Seasoning cups beside each other hahahahahaha!). But to my honest surprised, it actually turned out REALLY Good. There's just something about the Tea that punches...
