My family members request several different cookies each year.
This year I made 6 different kinds and had a blast.
I took my time, utilized my freezer and sent them all off through USPS today.

3 C. All Purpose Flour, divided
1 pkg. Dry Rapid Rise Yeast
¼ C. Warm Water
2 Tbsp. softened Butter
1 tsp. Salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 stick (½ C.) softened Butter
½ C. Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp. ground Cinnamon
1 C. chopped Nuts
½ C. Raisins (optional)
