    Best pasta know to man/woman

    Cheflayne - you are spot on about the nutritional value of the colored pastas.  I was told that they use the tiniest amount of spinach to color the spinach pastas, which means there could not possibly be much of a benefit.

    I am aware of what you are saying, but a survey was taken by the management and the class that had been requested the most was "5 Ingredients or Less and Fast and Easy" so that is what I have to teach.
