Searching for ideas on how to do a salad bar during these Covid 19 times,
I am at a small Yacht club so it's private members only .i would like to get creative with bringing back the salad bar and ideas from others on what they might be implementing would be great .

I am just starting head Chef position and need help with costing menus . I will be doing a lot of events and every week have new menus . I need a good solid handle on my food cost. I have only been here 2 weeks
So I really need to get it under control...

A beekeeper for 25 years
A chef for 40 years
During which time I have been everything from a short order cook to a restaurant owner operator to a Head chef
