I am about to get a knife set by Yoshihiro made of High Speed Steel and a few Shapton Glass Stones. But before i do that i would like to have some help and feedback. Does anyone here have any experience using High Speed Steel or HAP40 on Shapton's Glass Stones? Are they compatible?
