I'm a self taught chef who has been cooking for about 15 years.....I love what I do and constantly seek new recipes and ideas.
I own a small catering company that specializes in using local, seasonal & organic ingredients....as well as striving to be very sustainable. My husband is trained in Square Foot Gardening so we grow as much as we can for ourselves and the company, what we can't supply, gets purchased in the county or neighboring counties. All the way down to our flour and butter.
Our goal is to have a farm soon to expand what we can grow and provide.
I'm a meat freak! I love pork, beef, chicken and lamb....as well as many others!
Cooking is my drug, food makes me happy and feeding others tops it all off!
