10 hours in the fridge now and it is the consistency of pancake batter

I've tried a couple of times now with no success. This last batch I used homemade almond milk, agar, gelatin and two probiotic capsule contents. incubated 16 hours, in the fridge now for 4 hours and it is still liquid :(
