I have been cooking fo14 years, an alumnae of the C.I.A. an executive chef for 6 years, a former restaurant/ catering company owner of a farm to table restaurant in the suburbs. Currently I am the executive chef of a high volume corporate catering company in Greater Boston. I love to talk about the politics of food, the role of a chef in society, new food trends, local farms.
