No where near what you guys were doing. I did Parm roasted potatoes, Parm roasted asparagus, along with a pork loin roast with a pineapple salsa. Yes, she really likes parm. Also did a version of an egg mcmuffin for breakfast.
I think I could take the title on Worst Home Cooks. Unlike teamfat, I'm still working on herb, spice, and seasonings. I'll try a lot of things, but it takes time to get it all down pat.

I'm like a lot of folks here and use a 2:1 water/rice ratio. I bring the water to a boil, add rice (unrinsed), cover, put on lowest heat, and leave it for 20 min. After the 2o is up, if needed, just move pan, cover and all, to somewhere else until rice is needed. Take off lid, fluff, serve.
