I have been in the Food industry since 1994 where I started working for a beverage company in Vancouver Canada called Brio Beverage. I was a customer service person and I had no clue what I was getting into. Our number one customer was Safeway Canada and it was my job to make sure that ALL of Safeway's orders (10 trucks per day) be filled exactly correctly. I got yelled at more times then I can remember by the Safeway buyer, I almost quit several times. This was a dragon lady.
I then was hired from Brio by a French Flavor house called Metarom, mostly becuase I had the fortunate luck of being born in the same town in France as the Managing Director , and speaking French did'nt hurt either.
