    An apprenticeship in Switzerland led to Michelin awards in two separate establishments, and then to the position of Executive Chef at The International Sporting Club, Park Lane, London (formerly The Playboy Club) and Executive Chef at the film and music oriented St. James Club, Mayfair.
    I am a former Vice President of the World Society of Master Chefs and in my role as International Competition Director, judged cookery competions throughout the British Isles; in America, France, Ireland and Thailand.
    I am an honourary member of The Texas Chefs Association and hold the Palme d'Or, awarded by the Conseil Culinaire de France.
    My second novel -- Bitter Taste -- was published Feb. 2010. I am currently working on a third entitled Sour Grapes
